FCRA Compliance Essentials

50 essential checks of the FCRA points that matter most: registration and FC-6F scope, banking and fund flow, the 20% administrative limit, books and assets, FC-4 and disclosures, key functionaries and political-activity screening, and inspection readiness. Each check is a statement that is either true today, with evidence, or not. At the end you get an overall score, a score for each area, a rating, the critical gaps to take to your Board and an action plan.

days left to file FC-6F (21 June 2027)
days left to the next FC-4 due date (31 December)

How to answer: Yes if the statement is true today and you could show the evidence. Partly if it is true in part, or true but not evidenced. No if it is not true today. N/A only if it genuinely does not apply; it is left out of the score. Checks marked Critical carry legal or registration risk on their own: any of them answered No or Partly turns the overall rating Red, whatever the score.
